AHA is a team collaboration project that was created for MICA students and staff who dwell in the space. Because of the building’s gray and cold interior, we knew we wanted to incorporate color to inspire and bring joy to those hardworking individuals. We came up with the letters AHA to represent the creative spark in finding that Aha! moment.
AHA was featured in the 2019 Type in Space Exhibit in the Bronze Gallery at MICA

We chose the word AHA in all capital letters because wherever you stood in the building, it can be read backwards or forwards and laid cohesively within the geometric infrastructure.
